Un séchage insuffisant, même de quelques degrés, peut entraîner des variations dans les dimensions critiques des wafers. Si l’uniformité n’est pas respectée lors du séchage en conditions extrêmes, cela affecte négativement le rendement de production. Nous avons conçu nos panneaux chauffants infrarouges en céramique pour minimiser ces écarts, afin que les stations de lithographie puissent fonctionner 24/7 avec un contrôle thermique optimal.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
